Ryobi service centre. Service is good but will wait a little in the queues. They will help with any Ryobi devices and understand their products. Excellent venue

Absolutely appalling service. Don't expect to be attended to within the first 30min. Impossible, even with 3 people in a queue. Also, don't expect hand sanitizer at the door, empty almost always. Took my lawnmower in to be repaired, after fetch it and running it for an hour it stopped working. Poor workmanship, inconvenience to have to go back. The brand is good by this service center is terrible. Enough to make me want to move to another brand of power tools.
I've bought more items than I can list and have always been entirely satisfied. Recently had to return a reciprocating saw and only because it didn't perform as expected but the staff went out of their way to provide an new altenative but sold it to me as at demo model prices One may have to wait a bit to get service but once at the counter, the service cannot be faulted

Hi I would like to know how you can expect me to pay for repairs on a product that only worked 4 times. Your documentation is contradicting itself too. On the quote you want to replace a spark plug. Seriously, the weed eater worked 4 times, Spark Plugs are not a consumable, they last a long time. In a vehicle up to 15000 km. A perished fuel pipe? Then it should be replaced under warrantee as how do you perish a fuel pipe in one year? Fuel filter? Like with vehicles, a fuel filter will last up to 15000 kilometres. This unit by the way does not have a fuel filter. A cushion and fuel tank? Please explain how a fuel tank needs to be replaced annually. What is the cushion? Your diagnoses on the bottom of the same document states that a cushion is missing, pipes are perish, and the filter is blocked. Please let me know how you can justify doing this to your customers? I can not accept to pay R 322.05 for a unit that is still under warrantee and brand new. Do you intend on charging every customer for your faulty products? Do I go to the consumer protection act for assistance? Please advise me as soon as possible.
bought some spray guns from mica and builders. after 2 weeks had to return 3 for repair. the 2 from mica came back unrepaired and was sent back again, just got it back, still not working. the one from builders now faulty again. The units from mica not even run yet, now I get told it is my fault, but i have just taken them out the repair packet. no quality control, will never have a repeat and buy their products. Quality went from poor to worse.
Really good service, professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The workshop is really good, they kept me updated about the work being done and very reasonable pricing.
Went to counter sales to purchase a generator. Evidently I am invisible - no service! Notice for customers to place orders 2 hours before collection - REALLY? Simply left and saved myself 6 grand. Keep going guys, this sloppy attitude towards customers will bite you in the hynie.
