Went to get the new black and white dunks that dropped yesterday (13 February 2021). I met a few friends there and just because I new them the manager wouldn’t allow me to get the shoe for myself. I met 5 friends there and as a group we were only allowed to get 1 pair. The rule is “one pair per person” we were all paying separately so I don’t know what was the problem. The manger was shouting at us and did not want to hear what we had to say, she was very disrespectful, Poor service Nike family. Extremely frustrated and dissatisfied with the store and Nike as a brand, they should seriously obey their rules rather than mangers making up their own rules on the day.
