Cannot say I really hate the place as yet. Its been 3 days since I handed in my machine. It was just to look for a part.....this should hve taken 1 minute. The other was just to screw the stitch regulator in which had fallen out He did say he works on a 1st come 1st serve basis this is such a small procedure and it should not have taken 3 days already I will fetch my machines on wednesday fixed on not. The guy didnot seem to enthusiastic.
