Had very good service the first time i engaged with these guys but on subsequent deals they seemed like they were doing me favour only to find that some of the items quoted were much higher priced than tile stores around in the area so do shop around as all carry similar ranges. was referred to a tiler by Gift at this store, Ben (think his surname was Mosiapoa), a sweet talker promising to do wonderful things but when working with him he turned out to be insistent on payment according to his measurements (which we were in dispute over) on his terms when the work was not complete and still several items of work (grouting, small cut tiles) outstanding. the store is not too bad, some good deals to be had and great prices when there are specials but be wary of the referral to this tiler.
