Needed to buy a couple of spares for an old machine. The people at singer were great! Very knowledgeable, helpful and polite. The parts were also a lot cheaper than I had expected. Going back for a couple of lessons soon.

Bought a sawing machine, comes with 1 year warranty, happy about that. but turn around time for service/repairs is 2 months I was told. Since I noticed there was a lot of machine in for service/repairs.

Bought an electronic embroidery machine from Cameron at Singer with a lot of promises.This machine worked for approx 60 hrs and gave problems. We took it back and was told my wife bent some thick iron plate in the machine and I had to pay R2800 to get it repaired. This machine worked for less than 20 hrs and the touch screen wouldn't work, now I was told my wife cracked the screen. There is no evidence of any cracks except if they maybe cracked it. This is the product I most regret to buy in my whole life. PEOPLE PLEASE WHATCH OUT BEFORE MAKING THE SAME MISTAKE. Either this product is a poor product or they sold me a dat product for which they are not prepare to take the blame. How could my wife bent that thick plate or crack that screen if she handled that Machine with the utmost care. Singers service is of the lowest rating I experienced in my life. DONT BUY This PRODUCT ITS REALLY BAD

Very poor service. My machine went in for a service due to skipping stitches. We were originally told we would get it back in 3 weeks, then 3-6weeks and now 7 weeks has been completed with no machine. They do not keep you updated either . You need to keep chasing them.
