Poor/non existent customer service. Their phone mostly goes to a full voice mail box. When you do get through to them and they say that they will call you back, they dont do so. They never respond to emails. I paid for a book 2 weeks ago and I still dont have the book.

Its a nightmare i really feel angry and fustrated. The customer service is very poor. I sent an email with my POP nobody responded until i called today( thursday) thats when the lady said she only received the email on wednesday imagine. Now they are telling me they dont have books they will get back to me Wow.

I went there last week Friday and all the 6 books I was looking for were out of stock the lady who was assisting me promised to order the books for me and call me I gave her my numbers she promised to call on Monday and Todae it's Friday stll waiting,, I'm soo mad and sad for being lied too.
