Rating a 1 based on my experience. Bought 2x iBuild garage doors that were advertised as a sale only to find out upon installation that they were substandard doors. Both doors had misaligned holes on handles and locking holes. Reported this Johan. They replaced the doors but the replacement doors still have the same problem. This is really disappointing for a reputable shop like Buildit for advertising and selling products that did not pass quality checks as a sale

I'm beyond disappointed in Build it. They sold us their house brand walls and ceilings moon rock paint and it turned white on our walls. When we took the one full bucket still closed and the one half back we spent hours defending ourselves, they didn't believe us-made us out to be liars and they just didn't want to do anything about this. I mean why would we want to struggle and carry heavy buckets of paint through taxis if we weren't genuinely unhappy, we are not scammers! Johan, the person we dealt with is the worst person to deal with ever. Will never ever set my foot there ever again.
